They are urgently hiring a Director of Client Development and Legal Engineering focused on implementation and product reasoning. This is a fully remote role open to candidates anywhere in the U.S., with occasional travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

This remote position centers on legal engineering with an emphasis on implementation and product logic. Responsibilities include developing and refining legal AI workflows, reviewing and structuring legal documents, addressing complex legal questions, and ensuring solutions are aligned with legal standards. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and support legal accuracy and usability.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong foundation in law, legal consulting, and legal frameworks

• Experience drafting legal documents and analyzing complex legal issues

• Solid understanding of litigation technology and related software

• Excellent communication, analytical, and public-speaking skills

• Ability to lead training sessions of 50–100 participants

• Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote environment

• Familiarity with AI tools or applications in the legal sector (preferred)

• Enrollment in or completion of a JD or equivalent legal degree (preferred)

• Detail-oriented, open-minded, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven litigation software

• Prior courtroom litigation experience

• Experience serving as a judge or working directly under a judge

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $140k–$170k
