Director of Data Science (City of California / Hybrid)

We’re seeking a Director of Data Science to guide our data engineering and analytics teams. You’ll build infrastructure, implement machine learning solutions, and ensure that data supports decision-making across the company. You’ll lead initiatives using Azure Cloud, Power BI, and other tools, and manage a talented team to achieve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience with data science and engineering, and a deep understanding of enterprise-level data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of data pipelines and machine learning models.

• Architect scalable data systems on Azure Cloud and Microsoft Fabric.

• Manage data governance and ensure data accessibility across teams.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in data science and engineering.

• Expertise in Azure Cloud, Power BI, Python, and MS SQL.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.
