We are hiring a full-time Director of Data Science to lead a transformative effort across all subsidiaries, shaping the future of how data drives our business. This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days per week onsite.

You'll start by hiring a small, sharp team (we already have a talented Data Scientist on board), and help build the foundations that will support millions in revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
· 15+ years of professional experience in Data Science and Data Engineering
· Proven experience building data infrastructure from scratch
· Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python
· Prior experience leading cross-functional data teams
· Expertise in machine learning and predictive analytics

Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience working with multiple 3rd-party data sources
· Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms
· Comfort with fast-paced, multi-brand environments
