Must be in Los Angeles / Assistant Chief Information Security Officer CISO

One of the major education and research institutions in the country is looking for an Assistant CISO to help manage the security operations, security engineering, and access management teams within the organization. This is a crucial leadership role, and is looking for someone with extensive upper level leadership experience in the field of cybersecurity. 

This role will involve developing all three teams further, and creating roadmaps for future security strategies and implementations. You will report to the CISO. Thanks so much for applying!

Requirements: 

• 8+ years recent experience in cybersecurity
• 5+ years of recent experience managing teams of people within an organization of 20,000+ people
• Experience with Security Operations Centers and Access Management engineering teams, and strong understanding of the related fields
• Ability to commute to the LA Office 2-3x a week
