IT Director / 5 days Onsite / Westwood-West LA

This small but highly respected personal injury law firm, with around 100 employees, is looking to expand their team with a Senior IT Director to oversee and manage the IT department. This onsite role requires a hands-on approach and offers the opportunity to support the firm's operations by ensuring IT systems, processes, and support are functioning efficiently. You'll work closely with internal teams, handle employee onboarding and offboarding, and manage relationships with external vendors

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Windows operating systems (some macOS experience is a plus)
• Expertise with RingCentral VOIP
• Familiarity with KnowBe4 for security awareness training
• Hands-on experience with Mimecast firewall for security management
• Background in Accounting Seed and Milana
• Experience with Litify for legal case management
• Proven ability to manage IT projects, vendors, and troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown

• 40% IT Support & Infrastructure Management – Managing and maintaining internal IT systems, providing hands-on support to staff
• 30% Vendor Management – Overseeing relationships with external vendors and ensuring service levels are met
• 20% Onboarding & Offboarding – Managing employee lifecycle with IT-related tasks, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
• 10% Security & Compliance – Ensuring the security of systems and data using tools like Mimecast and KnowBe4

Daily Responsibilities

• 60% Hands-on IT support, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of IT system
• 25% Vendor management, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services
• 15% Researching and implementing new technologies to improve IT systems and processes
