Senior AV Estimator

Job Description:

A leading audiovisual company is seeking an experienced AV Estimator to join their team in Southern California!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audiovisual system estimation, project scope development, and proposal preparation across corporate, education, hospitality, and entertainment sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Review RFPs, SOWs, and floor plans for scope and accuracy.

• Generate BOMs, cost estimates, and basic system layouts.

• Document site visits and technical discussions.

• Provide design-related guidance to project teams.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in AV estimation or similar role.

• Proficient in AV software tools (Bluebeam, AutoCAD, D-Tools, Visio, Revit preferred).

• Strong knowledge of AV platforms (Crestron, Extron, QSC); CTS or AVIXA certifications a plus.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
