Senior Product Manager / Computer Vision

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Senior AI Product Manager to own and scale an AI-powered product suite within a mission-critical, enterprise physical security environment. You’ll define product strategy, translate frontline operational workflows into AI-driven solutions, and partner closely with Engineering, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure AI products are reliable, explainable, and trusted.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of Product Management experience

• Proven track record of launching AI products with measurable customer and business impact

• Strong technical depth, including hands-on exposure to:

  • Computer vision, generative AI, NLP, or anomaly detection

• Experience translating ambiguous customer problems into clear product requirements and technical specifications

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

What You Will Be Doing

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for an AI-driven operator product portfolio

• Lead end-to-end AI product development from discovery through launch and iteration using Agile methodologies

• Engage directly with enterprise customers and frontline operators to validate direction, gather feedback, and drive adoption

• Define success metrics and KPIs to measure AI efficacy, utilization, and business impact

• Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies to inform roadmap and product differentiation

• 10% Customer engagement, feedback synthesis, and adoption enablement

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience, particularly in early-stage or growth-stage environments

• Background in computer vision, video analytics, or real-time AI systems

• Knowledge of edge AI, distributed systems, or event-driven architectures
