Solo Full Stack Engineer

Our client is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build internal systems from scratch — tools that automate workflows, surface critical insights, and integrate with ad platforms in real time. This is a solo engineering role for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves solving complex backend problems, and wants to help build a system that powers purpose-driven work at a national level. Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong with JavaScript and Python (open to other back-end options)
• Experience building REST APIs and working with cloud storage
• Background with big data or distributed systems
• Comfortable working solo on a small, collaborative team

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with React on the frontend
• Familiarity with Azure, Snowflake or similar platforms
• Exposure to AdTech, media integrations or building internal SaaS-style tools
• Open to trying new languages or frameworks
