This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for an Application Security Engineer based in the U.S. (remote or hybrid options available). Required Skills & Experience
· 7+ years in Application Security or related security engineering role
· Strong understanding of secure software design, threat modeling, and common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10, etc.)
· Experience building or assessing large-scale distributed systems
· Familiarity with cloud security best practices, particularly in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines
· Proficient in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Java, Go, etc.)
Desired Skills & Experience
· Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
· Knowledge of AWS-native security services and tools
· Experience integrating security into Agile/DevOps workflows
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration
