Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years writing production-level backend code
· Experience with data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event-driven systems
· Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
· Proven track record of owning and shipping durable backend systems
· Clear communication and collaboration skills
Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience building internal platforms or developer tools
· Familiarity with statistical modeling or machine learning workflows
· Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures
· Comfortable working across the stack when needed (e.g., contributing to UI)
· Product-oriented mindset with attention to edge cases and user experience
