A public safety communications company in Louisville, KY, is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and manage a wide range of administrative functions across their facilities. This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient internal processes while supporting technicians, sales teams, and customer interactions.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient workflows for ticket management, order processing, inventory control, and scheduling. You will coordinate technician schedules, manage administrative tasks, and serve as a key point of contact for customers to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Additionally, you will process and receive orders for parts, collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate distribution to the appropriate facilities, and maintain organized inventory records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to ensure operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
