Platform engineering- completely responsible for standardizing the platforms at Arvest Bank. Any platform apart of arrest my team is responsible for standardizing platform

Terraform
Kubernetes- Zach be great asset for Kubernetes- he’s leaving- I want somebody who is very strong in Kubernetes.
Top 3: Strong Kubernetes, terraform and cloud experience.
Kubernetes is a must? we are responsible for managing the cluster from creation to maintaining them- they use our terraform templates- responsible for constantly upgrading them.
Any issues, enchantments, upgrade, etc. ? my team is responsible for it.
Terraform- strong terraform experience- must write from scratch.
Hashicorp Vault- a big plus
^ end of this delivering a vault project- manage it for long? entire secrets and credit cards are managed by diff platform- we purchased vault to manage secrets and credit card- we want to productionize vault so it starts storing secrets- as well as tokenizing credit card.
Cloud- GCP- doesn’t have to be GCP- Amazon is good too
Bash and python- need to have one of them
Infrastructure/devops background.
Looking for somebody just like Justin Padua, but more experienced
Interview process:
1st round- zoom call- 30min- mostly touching on high-evel- what system they’ve design, what practices they’ve used, understand what is their experiencing
2nd- team – 1 hour call
