A growing managed service provider in the Atlanta area is looking for their next team member in the IT department! They are hiring for a Service Desk Technician to work for them in their new Marietta office 3-4 days per week. This is a full-time position, joining a very senior team to help with level 1-2 tickets.

You will be helping to balance the workload on their team by creating and managing users, providing software and hardware support, and using O365 and Azure. They also have seen an uptick in security related tickets, so anyone who has experience implementing Intune or security practices into the Service Desk would be a great fit!

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-4 years of service desk or helpdesk experience
  • Ability to manage level 1-2 tickets
  • Ability to support users and teams across org
  • Strong knowledge of O365 and Azure cloud
  • Self-starter mindset and work ethic
  • Ability to utilize Sharepoint
Desired Skills & Experience
  • BS in Computer Science or similar degree
  • Ability to commute to local Atlanta office weekly
  • Knowledge of MSP industry or previous experience
  • Intune expertise
  • Networking background and knowledge
