Lead Software Engineer

A publicly traded company based in McLean, VA is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their growing team. They are known for creating a platform that combines low code application development and intelligent process automation that allows their enterprise customers to develop business application 10-20x faster. This a full-time, onsite 5 days per week position.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years with Java
• Experience using Spring Boot for Microservices
• Exposure to AWS (EC2, Lambdas, S3)
• Kubernetes experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
• NoSQL database experience
• Mentorship/Leadership experience

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

• 90% backend
• 10% frontend

Daily Responsibilities

• 75% Hands On
• 15% Management Duties
• 10% Team Collaboration
