This is a boots-on-the-ground support role for someone who thrives in active environments like airports, stadiums, and high-traffic facilities. You’ll be the technical face of operations for one of our major clients, ensuring uptime, support SLAs, and equipment functionality are met and exceeded.
Bring your scripting skills and diagnostic instincts to a team that values smart automation, streamlined diagnostics, and proactive problem-solving. The heart of this role is the ability to triage hardware issues on-site, escalate efficiently, and develop trusted relationships with local operations teams. This team operates in a hybrid capacity from a base at a major transportation gateway in Miami.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience handling escalated Support issues
- Hands-On Powershell and SQL experience
- SAAS Web experience
- Previous security clearance
- Azure proficiency a plus!
- Consistent day-to-day work with Postman
Daily Responsibilities
- 80% Problem-Solving/Trouble-Shooting
- 20% Team Collaboration
