Senior Backend .NET Developer/$170k/Miami

An investment services company is looking to hire a Senior .NET Developer to join their team in Miami. As a member of their team you will be building .NET 8 based microservices, building and integrating REST APIs, and working with their NoSQL database (MongoDB). Proficiency in building traditional REST APIs is an important skillset for this role. Additionally, experience working on trading and/or investment applications is a major plus for this position.

This is a chance to work on a consumer-facing application within a growing Fintech firm. Applicants must have 5+ years of experience, a Bachelors degree and the ability to work in office 4 days per week. The company offers a flexible and casual working environment and an opportunity to work with new technology.


Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience working with C#, .NET and SQL
• Ability to build and consume REST APIs
• Microservice experience (containerization tools are a plus)
• Experience working with NoSQL databases
• Bachelor's degree (STEM degree preferred)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Previous experience building trading or investment applications is preferred
