A growing SaaS shop in the waste management industry is looking for a Tier 3 Support/Systems Engineer to join their team full-time and in the office 3-4 days per week. They are located right inside the Miami International Airport!

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in their IT department as they continue to grow their popular software platform for monitoring data analytics of waste management and janitorial services for major sport arenas, airports, and large corporate buildings. You will be working daily with ZenDesk, SQL, PowerShell, Bash, and Azure services.

You will be helping assist them with both hardware/software support, troubleshooting SaaS web applications, tier 1-3 helpdesk tickets, and handling escalation tickets. Enjoy traveling to cool places and visiting awesome sporting event arenas for work? Apply now!


Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems/ Tier 3 Support Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of SQL server
  • Experience with level 3 of helpdesk tickets
  • Advanced abilities with ZenDesk
  • Ability to build and run SQL, PowerShell, and Bash scripts
  • Ability to pass a Security Clearance

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Ability to commute to the office in Miami, FL
  • Prior client-facing experience
  • Overseeing client support SLAs to ensure compliance
  • Infrastructure monitoring experience with Azure Monitoring
