Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Experience in the areas of requirements gathering, data analysis and data governance.
• Self-starter who has led requirements sessions.
• Strong understanding of the requirements analysis lifecycle, Data analysis, data governance, Financial experience and strong foundational RDBMS expertise.
• Work effort coordination/management experience, current process assessment and improvement experience.
• Experience writing business requirements as JIRA stories, Agile Scrum & Kanban environments.
• Strong data profiling and data analytics.
• Strong SQL writing experience (joins, unions etc)

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Data Management
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking
• Provide expertise to the Client’s senior leadership on innovative Data Management business solutions
• Strategically engage with Client’s personnel.
• responsibilities may include data management, data lineage/metadata, data controls & data checks; experience in data control governance; data defect/issue/deficiency remediation; documenting data flows/process flows.
