Job Description
Join a leading thermal systems company as a Controls Engineer based in Minneapolis, MN. You'll work on industrial control systems for large-scale HVAC, refrigeration, and chiller applications. This role focuses heavily on PLC programming and electrical troubleshooting. The position is full-time, and the company is seeking an individual with strong hands-on controls experience to help develop and maintain reliable thermal control systems.

Required Skills & Experience
· PLC Programming – Intermediate to Advanced
· Low Voltage Electrical Drawing Reading/Troubleshooting – Intermediate to Advanced
· HVAC and/or Refrigeration Systems Knowledge – Basic to Intermediate
· 2-5 Years of Experience
Desired Skills & Experience
· Chiller Systems Experience – Preferred
· Understanding of Thermodynamics – Preferred
· Strong Problem-solving & Troubleshooting Ability
