Staff Platform Engineer

If infrastructure is the stage, this is the part where you redesign the theater mid-performance. We’re building highly scalable, always-on cloud systems that power real-time, interactive digital experiences for a massive online audience.

As a Platform Engineer, you’ll architect and refine a multi-region AWS environment, evolve Terraform-defined infrastructure, and bring clarity to complex Kubernetes ecosystems. This is less about maintaining servers and more about engineering the invisible machinery behind engagement at scale.

Required Skills & Experience

• Deep expertise in AWS architecture, including multi-region design, high availability, IAM, encryption, and cloud-native networking

• Advanced proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or equivalent), Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and modern CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions and ArgoCD

• Strong scripting or programming capability (Python, Go, Bash) with a track record of automating infrastructure, scaling systems, and improving reliability

Desired Skills & Experience

• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect

• Experience designing microservices, serverless, or event-driven architectures

• Advanced implementation of monitoring, logging, alerting, and cloud cost optimization practices
