Head of Software Engineering / SaaS / .NET

A rapidly growing restoration company is urgently hiring a Head of Software Engineering. In this fully hands-off leadership role, you'll oversee four software engineering teams building an all-in-one platform that helps contractors manage insurance claims and project workflows. While you won’t be coding, a background in .NET is preferred.

This position is hybrid with in-office presence 4 times a week in Naperville, IL.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience managing a variety of teams (i.e. QA, Data, .NET)
• Software Engineering background in .NET
