We are looking for a Mid-Level Systems Engineer to join a medium sized SaaS company.
This role will be a great fit for someone with a proven track record in managing, deploying, and securing IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
Responsibilities:

InTune & AutoPilot Management:
- Configure, deploy, and manage Microsoft InTune for device management and AutoPilot for automated Windows 10 and 11 deployment.
- Set up and manage device profiles, policies, and applications through InTune.
- Troubleshoot and resolve device provisioning issues via AutoPilot and InTune.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions for managing their mobile and desktop environments.

Microsoft Technologies Integration:
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) and other related Microsoft cloud services.
- Assist in integrating various Microsoft technologies such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Security Center, and Microsoft Defender into client infrastructures.
- Provide guidance and best practices on cloud migration and security policies.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and network issues related to Microsoft technologies and InTune/AutoPilot.
- Provide root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps clearly for client reference.
- Maintain and update technical documentation to reflect current systems and processes.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for internal teams and clients on system status and project progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering with a strong focus on Microsoft InTune and AutoPilot.
- Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and other related Microsoft technologies.
- Experience in device provisioning, device management, and cloud service deployment.

Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of InTune and AutoPilot configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, and Windows Autopilot.
- Solid understanding of Windows OS (Windows 10/11) deployment and management techniques.
- Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation for managing Microsoft environments is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of networking and security best practices for cloud-based infrastructures.

- Experience working in a third-party agency or consulting environment is beneficial.
