As a Group Product Manager (GPM), you will take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from strategy to execution—while managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers. This role involves both high-level strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring that products meet business objectives and customer needs. There are two distinct opportunities available:
- Core Product – Lead the company’s core product initiative, developing tools that enable manufacturers to detect and address quality issues in real time. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise B2B dynamics and maintaining close customer relationships while scaling an existing product-market fit.
- New Product Lines – Drive innovation by building new product lines and disrupting legacy software in the manufacturing space. This is a true 0-to-1 product role, requiring extensive market research, strategic vision, and tactical execution.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Must have startup experience.
- Proven track record of scaling B2B products from early traction to widespread adoption.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to drive decision-making.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and sales teams.
- Engage with customers to ensure product-market fit and continuously improve offerings.
