They are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their hybrid team in New York City. In this role, you will design intuitive and impactful experiences for an AI-powered financial platform, translating sophisticated functionalities into elegant, accessible interfaces. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams, conducting user research and developing wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs. Requirements:

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for complex digital products

Proficiency with Figma and other industry-standard design tools

Demonstrated skills in user research, wireframing, and prototyping

Strong portfolio highlighting intuitive, user-focused design work

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams

Experience designing within technical organizations and producing engineering-ready assets
Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end user experiences for an AI-powered financial platform

Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000, depending on experience.
