They are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their hybrid team in New York City. In this role, you will design intuitive and impactful experiences for an AI-powered financial platform, translating sophisticated functionalities into elegant, accessible interfaces. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams, conducting user research and developing wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs. Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for complex digital products

• Proficiency with Figma and other industry-standard design tools

• Demonstrated skills in user research, wireframing, and prototyping

• Strong portfolio highlighting intuitive, user-focused design work

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams

• Experience designing within technical organizations and producing engineering-ready assets

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences for an AI-powered financial platform

• Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design with business and user needs

• Create and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability

• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving requirements

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000, depending on experience.
