Founding Engineer (Previous founding experience required)

Job Description:
As a Founding Engineer, you will be instrumental in our growth and success. You will lead product engineering, design AI-focused UI/UX, engage with customers, and define our engineering strategy. We’re seeking someone with a passion for transforming healthcare operations and a background in startup or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on designing and building scalable data infrastructure and permissioning systems for AI-driven services.
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end systems using TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate these insights into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the engineering strategy and help define the future direction of the company.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge within the team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on full-stack development.
• Strong engineering skills across the stack, with expertise in TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a leading engineering school (e.g., Stanford, MIT, CMU, Berkeley).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience as a founder.
• Experience in building AI agents or involvement in the AI developer community.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000
• Equity: 0.5% - 1%
• Visa Sponsorship: Available
