They are now hiring a Senior Product Designer to join their distributed team. This person will lead the design of features and experiences that support a diverse user base, working across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate brings experience navigating ambiguous problems and a talent for turning insights into meaningful design outcomes. This role offers a balance of hands-on design work and strategic collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders. The design culture is fast-paced, thoughtful, and deeply collaborative.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking and execution

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping software

• Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and accessibility standards

• Experience designing at scale across multiple platforms (web, mobile, responsive)

• Comfort conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and applying findings to design

• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for sharing design work and rationale

• Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

• Track record of contributing to and maintaining design systems

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric features and workflows that improve usability and deliver business value

• Work cross-functionally to align on project goals and deliver high-quality design solutions

• Conduct and synthesize user research and data to guide design direction

• Provide feedback and mentorship to peers and cross-functional collaborators

• Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the design system

• Identify opportunities for innovation and growth across products and user touchpoints

• Present concepts, prototypes, and design strategies to internal stakeholders

This opportunity includes
A competitive salary range of $140,000–$170,000 for candidates based in New York, with geographic adjustments applied for remote hires.
