Grow your career an innovative global bank as a Risk & Control Project Manager with wholesale credit risk and policy governance experience. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will be working remotely.

Will work on key WCR Risk and Enterprise Risk Management Policy and governance related projects which are critical to meeting the company’s Consent Order and regulatory obligations. Contract Duration: 4+ Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in Risk & Controls in a large global bank or institution
  • Risk experience and Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR).
  • Advanced Excel skills and advanced PPT skills.
  • Experience in policy development and governance.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly in change management processes.
  • Excellent written & verbal skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging to senior stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Ability to collaborate across different lines (first, second, and third) is important.
  • Ability to perform independently, organized, and flexible.
  • Able to thrive in a very fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

  • Advanced degree.
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial services.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Policy Development: Provide strategic input into the development and enhancement of all WCR Policy, Standards, and Procedures, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and simplification. Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities in the compliance and reviews of Policy and all related documents.
  • Policy Implementation and Enforcement: Engage with Businesses and Global Functions to track and influence the implementation of WCR Policy requirements.
  • Regulatory Engagement: Lead and participate in all regulatory engagement on WCR Policy and related documents.
  • Communication: Coordinate with key stakeholders to roll-out timely communications, trainings, newsletters, etc.
