Contract Duration: 6 Months+ with possible extensions or FTE conversion W2
PROJECT DETAILS
This individual will be working to convert a legacy P&L Accounting application to an updated Full Stack framework.
Required Skills & Experience
Full stack development skills with the following technology or similar applications
1. High-performance programming using Java
2. full stack development using Angular/Typescript for front-end and Java with Spring Framework for back-end.
3. Apache Kafka for messaging and stream processing.
4. Apache Ignite for in-memory computing.
5. Openshift or equivalent
6. Build tools such as Maven or Gradle
7. Code quality tools like SonarQube
8. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, New Relic, Elastic, or OpenTelemetry.
Business Analyst skills:
- Creating user stories
- Engage with end users on requirements
- Running demonstrations
- Agile methodology
Financial knowledge
• Understanding of Bond Pricing, Bond Risk, Bond PnL, and Position Management.
• Understanding of Trade lifecycle, Position Management, and End of Day Marking.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets Fixed Income domain.
INTERVIEW
2 Rounds – 30 minutes – video interview
1. Round robin interview with team
2. Final meeting with Manager
