This company is located in Midtown, NY and is requiring in office Monday-Thursday and remote work Friday.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Define and execute the IT strategy for the Americas, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives.
• Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging and transformative technologies.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Champion the integration of advanced technologies to support business growth.
• Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity and information security practices.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and data protection standards.
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to support scalable and reliable business operations.
• Identify and deploy efficient, cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Mentor and support team members through professional development initiatives.
• Select and manage technology vendors, including contract negotiation and performance oversight.
• Develop and maintain the IT budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide regular financial reporting and data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Familiarity with software development practices, programming languages, and application architecture.
• Proficiency with data warehousing, BI tools, and data visualization platforms to drive insights.
• Awareness of evolving trends such as AI, machine learning, IoT, and blockchain and their business applications.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of IT governance, policies, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service-level agreements.
• Skilled in IT budgeting and financial planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field.
• CISSP or equivalent certification.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP®, PRINCE2™, Scrum Master).
