Required Skills & Experience
· 2-3 years in IT support, preferably in a creative or fast-paced environment
· Proficiency with Mac operating systems and basic networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN)
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and organizational abilities
· Customer-focused mindset with a team-player attitude
Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience with creative tools like Adobe Creative Cloud
· Familiarity with IT asset management and cybersecurity best practices
· Previous hybrid or remote support experience

· 50% Mac & Windows Support
· 20% Network & Systems Administration
· 15% Creative Tools Support (Adobe Suite, Video Tools)
· 15% Cybersecurity, Asset Management, and Documentation
Daily Responsibilities
· 70% Hands-On Technical Support and Troubleshooting
· 20% IT Asset, Network, and Systems Support
· 10% Team Collaboration, Documentation, and Reporting
