Founding Product Manager
As the Founding Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end experience for key users on the platform, including providers and patients. Key responsibilities include onboarding, retention, satisfaction (NPS), and adoption across self-serve and enterprise accounts. Your work will directly impact the growth and retention of the network, delivering outcomes, and scaling with minimal friction.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the provider experience including onboarding, activation, retention, and referral growth.

Lead product development for both self-serve users and enterprise providers.

Use analytics to identify drop-off points, usage patterns, and feature adoption drivers and turn those insights into product decisions.

Lead research and design cycles with a high bar for UX and usability.

Partner with support, sales, and operations to evolve provider workflows and expand across new specialties.

Participate in enterprise sales and implementation conversations to shape the product.

Explore, evaluate, and execute on new opportunities, including strategic partnerships and new products/services.

Work closely with the team and CEO on business decisions balancing growth and long-term profitability.
Requirements:

PM experience owning UX-critical, workflow-heavy products for external users (consumer or SMB) at reputable tech companies.

Startup experience and SMB experience are a must.

Strong product sense, design taste, and copy instincts.

Proficiency in data analytics using SQL or Python.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to work in person 5 days a week in NYC.
