Job Title: Technical Product Manager
Location: Onsite in NYC 5 days/week

Our client is redefining how homeowners manage their home and everything that comes with it. They built a smart, AI-powered assistant that handles everything from document parsing/storage to proactive insights around maintenance and expenses. They’re backed by top-tier investors and entrepreneurs and growing out the team.
They’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to join as a founding team member. Ideally, this person is a former engineer or first PM hire with experience building from scratch. You’ll work directly with the CEO, lead product strategy, ship fast, and own key parts of the roadmap.
This is an in-office role in SoHo (NYC)—five days a week. They're looking for someone who thrives in that energy and collaboration.

Requirements
- 4+ years of product management, ideally in early-stage startups
- Strong technical background—ex-engineers preferred
- Experience owning 0?1 product development
- Comfort talking to users, prioritizing ruthlessly, and working across design/engineering
- Proven track record of execution in high-agency environments
Responsibilities
- Lead product direction and execution across core features
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and CEO
- Drive user feedback loops and iterate rapidly
- Help build foundational product processes and strategy
- Operate hands-on, with speed and high accountability
