Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Our client develops advanced AI-driven tools to streamline how private market investors conduct research. They’re a successful, founder-led organization with a small but steadily expanding team.

Their users are professionals in consulting and private equity who often lose time on administrative work rather than focusing on more important strategic thinking. The client’s platform alleviates this by automating call ingestion, call and note transcription, insight organization, and more, enabling these teams to spend their time on high-value analysis and other work that genuinely impact outcomes.

They’re looking for their second Product Manager to take ownership of a core market research platform and help incubate new 0-to-1 product extensions. You’ll be responsible for driving product from idea through launch — staying close to customers, partnering deeply with Engineering and Design, and ensuring we ship high-quality features at a strong cadence.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the roadmap for our core research workflow
  • Work directly with Customer Success and end users to deeply understand workflows, friction points, and success metrics
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to scope effectively, prioritize intelligently, and release quickly
  • Own launch readiness: QA coordination, bug triage, testing plans, and post-release iteration
  • Maintain tight alignment across founders, engineering, design, and CS through clear, concise communication
  • Participate in sales and customer calls — demoing features, articulating product value, and converting feedback into actionable priorities
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience shipping and iterating on B2B SaaS products in fast-paced environments
  • Strong execution instincts — you make pragmatic tradeoffs, unblock teams, and focus on getting MVPs into users’ hands
  • Customer-forward mindset — comfortable working directly with users and senior stakeholders, and confident in selling the product
  • Hands-on builder mentality — willing to dive into details and leverage tools like Claude Code or Codex to make lightweight product changes
  • Bias toward action, low process overhead, and high accountability
  • Clear, persuasive written and verbal communicator
  • Prior experience at a large consulting firm

Compensation: $160,000K - $200,000K. Flexibility with experience.
