Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of high-impact, hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related role

Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS)—including VPCs, ECS, RDS, Lambda, and Route 53.

Advanced experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred).

Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Ruby, JavaScript).

Experience with observability platforms (DataDog or similar) for performance monitoring and alerting.

Proven track record designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems and managing incident response workflows.
Desired Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.

Familiarity with microservices, serverless architecture, and data infrastructure (EMR, Glue, Redshift, Athena).
