Senior Digital Product Designer – Remote - Fintech
We are supporting a growing fintech focused product organization that treats design as a strategic differentiator, not a service function. This team builds elegant, consumer grade SaaS experiences used at scale and is investing in senior level design talent to help shape the next phase of its platform.
This is a remote role within the United States, with flexibility to engage as contract, contract to hire, or full-time direct hire.

Required Skills & Experience

• Seven or more years of experience designing digital products on in-house teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium UI, interaction design, and end to end thinking
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Comfort collaborating with engineers and product managers
• SaaS, fintech, or data intensive product experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Advanced MUI and Figma skills
• FinTech background

What You Will Be Doing

• Design high fidelity web and mobile product experiences with a strong emphasis on visual quality, clarity, and emotional impact
• Partner closely with product and engineering to shape solutions from early discovery through delivery
• Contribute to and work within design systems to support consistency and speed
• Validate design decisions through user research, testing, and data
• Present work and rationale clearly to cross functional stakeholders

Daily Responsibilities

• 60% Design Execution and Craft
• 10% Research, Validation, and Data Review
• 10% Scrum
• 5% Design System and Scale Work
• 5% Stakeholder Communication and Reviews
