Our client, a global advertising and marketing brand, is seeking a Senior IT Support Administrator with expertise in Windows and Mac Operating Systems. This is a hybrid role based in Midtown Manhattan and offers an exciting opportunity to ramp up from a Support role into a Systems/Infrastructure Engineer within 12-18 months. Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Support, focusing on Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Strong expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and JAMF for Mac device management.
  • Experience with Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and system administration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on both Windows and Mac systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality technical support.
  • Desire to grow into a Systems/Infrastructure Engineer role within 12-18 months.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with cloud-based services such as Office 365 and Azure.
  • Exposure to network security best practices and system hardening.
  • Experience working in hybrid environments and managing remote IT systems.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or similar support methodologies.
  • Any relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple Certified Support).

What You Will Be Doing:

Tech Breakdown:

  • 50% Windows Systems Support
  • 50% Mac OS Systems Support

Daily Responsibilities:

  • 60% Hands-On IT Support (Helpdesk, Troubleshooting)
  • 20% MDM and JAMF Management
  • 20% Collaboration with Systems/Infrastructure Teams
