Our client, a global advertising and marketing brand, is seeking a Senior IT Support Administrator with expertise in Windows and Mac Operating Systems. This is a hybrid role based in Midtown Manhattan and offers an exciting opportunity to ramp up from a Support role into a Systems/Infrastructure Engineer within 12-18 months. Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support, focusing on Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Strong expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and JAMF for Mac device management.
- Experience with Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and system administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on both Windows and Mac systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality technical support.
- Desire to grow into a Systems/Infrastructure Engineer role within 12-18 months.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with cloud-based services such as Office 365 and Azure.
- Exposure to network security best practices and system hardening.
- Experience working in hybrid environments and managing remote IT systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or similar support methodologies.
- Any relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple Certified Support).

Daily Responsibilities:
- 60% Hands-On IT Support (Helpdesk, Troubleshooting)
- 20% MDM and JAMF Management
- 20% Collaboration with Systems/Infrastructure Teams
