A prominent law firm is seeking an experienced Support Analyst to join its growing Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience providing technical support for end-user devices, including both hardware and software, in a professional services environment.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • A degree in a relevant technology field (preferred).
  • At least one year of experience in IT support, preferably in a legal or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Troubleshooting PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices.
    • Active Directory and Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10).
    • Microsoft Office applications and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
  • Familiarity with Help Desk ticketing systems and basic network troubleshooting.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience updating knowledge bases and coordinating with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime or handle physical tasks, such as moving equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
What You Will Be Doing:

Tech Breakdown:

  • Supporting Windows systems, troubleshooting mobile devices, and managing applications.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • 100% hands-on technical support.
  • Responding to user help requests via phone and email.
  • Documenting and escalating unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
  • Maintaining and updating internal documentation.
