Our client is a boutique podcast production studio based in Manhattan, known for creating original, mission-driven audio content that challenges listeners to think deeper and feel more connected. With a strong reputation for premium storytelling, their team collaborates closely with hosts, thought leaders, and production partners to craft highly produced series that drive real conversation.

They are seeking a Senior Podcast Producer to lead the development and execution of a high-profile wellness-focused podcast. This is a six-month, full-time temporary role—with potential for permanent placement—requiring a hands-on producer with strong editorial instincts, leadership skills, and a passion for purpose-driven storytelling. This position is hybrid, with 3–5 in-office days per week as needed in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years in podcast or audio production

• Strong editorial and storytelling skills

• Proficiency in ProTools and audio editing

• Experience leading production teams

• Skilled in coaching hosts and talent

• Background in wellness or mission-driven content preferred

• Based in the NYC area and available for in-office work

Responsibilities:

• Lead production from concept through delivery

• Oversee editorial planning and booking

• Manage timelines, budgets, and team workflows

• Record and edit interviews and field audio

• Guide hosts and contributors for best performance

• Collaborate with clients as creative partners

Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 (Annualized - Depending on Experience)
- This role will start as a full-time temporary role, forecasted to last six months at 32-40 hours per week. This will possibly convert to permeant full time.
