Job DescriptionOur client is a leading health-tech company leveraging AI-driven automation, machine learning, and advanced interoperability to revolutionize patient access and engagement in healthcare. Their modern, mobile-first Patient Success Platform helps healthcare organizations streamline scheduling, automate patient outreach, and enhance communication through seamless text and email interactions. By integrating with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic and Athenahealth, they enable providers to automate complex workflows, optimize appointment management, and improve care coordination. Currently serving over 700 healthcare organizations, their platform is designed to enhance operational efficiency, reduce administrative burdens, and improve patient outcomes through cutting-edge technology.
As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to serve as a vital link between clients, partners, and the internal product management team. This role is focused on ensuring that customer needs directly shape new feature development and product roadmaps. You will work closely with technical teams to translate client feedback into actionable insights, influencing product direction without needing a technical background.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE: 5 to 7 years of experience in strategic partnerships, client success, or a related role within health-tech, SaaS, or a similar industry, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to translate client needs into product development insights, even without a technical background.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and communicate client needs effectively
- Strong understanding of health-tech ecosystems, SaaS platforms, or digital healthcare solutions
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills to engage with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Ability to drive alignment between client needs and product strategy
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients/partners and the internal product team, ensuring that product development aligns with customer needs
- Gather, analyze, and translate client feedback into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to prioritize and influence the product roadmap
- Build strong relationships with external partners, ensuring their voices are represented in product decisions
- Advocate for new features and enhancements based on market demand and customer expectations
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working in AI-driven health-tech platforms or SaaS environments
- Strong ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams
- Previous exposure to EHR integrations, digital health platforms, or patient engagement technologies
