An industry leader in digital print-on-demand is seeking a Senior Programmer to design and deliver product-based software solutions that streamline client data and file submissions. Your work will directly facilitate print production, fulfillment, inventory management, compliance reporting, and make a critical impact on efficiency, scale, and profitability across the organization.
This role requires developing data-centric Windows and web-based solutions, integrating with a wide range of systems and devices such as barcode scanners, weigh scales, printing presses, shipping platforms, inventory systems, and enterprise accounting tools. As a Senior Programmer, you’ll own the full lifecycle of solution design, development, and delivery while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating closely with Solution Architects and Technical Account Managers.

As a Senior Programmer, you’ll own the full lifecycle of solution design, development, and delivery while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating closely with Solution Architects and Technical Account Managers.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years professional experience in software development
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and multithreaded programming
- Proficiency in MS .NET (C#) with Windows servers
- Hands-on experience with Java in Eclipse environments with Tomcat servers
- Expertise in SQL Server (2005 or newer): relational database design, development, and support
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Knowledge of network communications (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP/FTPS, APIs, web services)
- Familiarity with RAD, Agile, or similar development methodologies
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills

- Microsoft certifications for related technologies
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with data modeling and database consistency models
