Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of cyber resilience workstreams, helping ensure milestones and objectives are achieved.

Support the organization of program activities, team discussions, and stakeholder communications to proactively address issues and unblock challenges.

Collaborate across teams to provide timely updates and input for project planning, progress tracking, and reporting.

Prepare clear, professional materials and updates for a variety of forums, including working groups, leadership meetings, and risk committees.

Support financial planning and business case development for both annual budgeting cycles and ad-hoc funding requests.

Contribute to vendor and contractor coordination by interfacing with procurement tools and systems.

Monitor risks and dependencies and help facilitate timely resolution plans in coordination with stakeholders.

Assist with internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation and supporting audit inquiries.

Work across organizational boundaries to help close gaps related to regulatory, operational, and cyber resilience concerns.

Foster collaboration with enterprise and regional partners, ensuring transparent communication and active stakeholder engagement.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

At least 5 years of experience delivering technology solutions in a financial services or investment banking setting.

Solid technical knowledge across IT infrastructure and cybersecurity domains.

Expertise in Business Continuity, Backup/Recovery operations, Critical IT Services, and Resilience Architecture.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, and a wide range of computing environments (legacy systems, containers, ETL pipelines, etc.).

Working knowledge of resilience and risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, ISO 27001).

Awareness of regulatory guidelines such as OSFI E-21, FRB SR20-24, and NYDFS Part 500.

Proficient with ITIL, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and project tracking tools.

Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional initiatives and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Hybrid office work setting with flexibility required to support occasional non-standard hours, based on project needs or stakeholder availability.
