Delivery Lead (SaaS / Procurement)

A fast growing SaaS startup that recently raised a round of funding is adding to their customer delivery team and looking for a Delivery Lead for a fully remote role. This company works closely with leading source to pay and ERP platforms like Coupa, Ariba and Workday to help global organizations optimize operations, drive efficiencies and unluck new value from their existing tech stack. 

You would be leading successful end to end implementations of their platform for enterprise customers from project kick off to go-live. This is a client facing role that bridges the gap between product, engineering and the customer. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple engagements while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. 


Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in delivery/project management, SaaS implementations or ERP consulting
• Functional and technical knowledge of ERP / Source to pay systems
• Strong background in enterprise client facing roles
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Experience in Agile/Scrum

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelors in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
