Our client, a biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Solution Delivery Lead to join their dynamic team in North Chicago, IL. You will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.
Contract Duration: 12 months
This is truly a Solution Delivery Lead role (not a hands-on technical role). We need someone who has been a Delivery Lead before and understands the capabilities of tools of the space but not hands-on technical. This person will be leading Project Managers, owning the portfolio, driving the delivery of these projects, and why it is needed.
Solution Delivery Lead – Intake & Portfolio
Lead the AEI demand intake process, manage weekly scrum and project status updates, enable business change management to support initiatives that are critical for organizational success, while maintaining a focus on execution. With advanced proficiency in project and strategic change methodology with knowledge of the IT environment and the business landscape, establish and drive a governance model for demand intake, demand acceptance, and benefits realization. Ensure adherence to delivery excellence and financial health measures across a portfolio of projects. Coordinate dependencies across different application and functional areas.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience.
- 4 plus years managing projects $6M+
- Possess thorough theoretical and practical understanding of manufacturing execution systems and processes.
- Proven implementation of creative technology solutions.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Desired Skills:
- Professional experience with, and extensive knowledge and understanding of, contact centers is a significant plus.
- Change Mgt or OCM experience would be helpful.
- Understanding of Salesforce and Salesforce lifecycle management.
- Pharmaceutical experience would be helpful
What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide senior management and IT management with an integrated individual business and companywide perspective, assessing and consulting on project progress, risks and the effects of specific project requirements on other business processes and system priorities; ensure technologies are aligned with business strategies.
- Support the US market -our internal hub and patient support services
- The work we do is crossing patients, HCPs, the changes we are making impact them directly.
- This person will coordinate the Go-lives, the user facing, agent facing trainings and activities that need to happen to make sure that they're ready.
- Coordinating the four different capability teams that are delivering these projects.
- Will have financial portfolio ownership of these projects and ensuring each of them, each of the individual constituent projects is delivering on budget and on time.
