QA Automation Engineer / Java / Appium

This client is one of the largest and most innovative tech-driven companies in the world. They are hiring a QA Automation Engineer to focus on mobile application testing. You’ll be developing robust, scalable automated test frameworks for native mobile applications, using Java and Appium. You’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address testing needs. This role is onsite in North reading, MA. This is a six month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion. Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience of automation testing
• Comfortable writing code in Java
• Expertise in Appium framework
• Experience testing mobile application on both Android and iOS
• Experience using version control tools and CI/CD systems
• Familiar with using AWS for testing purposes

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiar with AWS
• Familiar with Python
• Experience with performance and load testing

• 80% Automation testing
• 20% Manual testing
