DevOps Lead/ Azure Kubernetes

Join a high-impact engineering team driving the secure deployment and orchestration of advanced identity and security platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll architect modern cloud infrastructure, evolve DevOps strategies, and guide a globally distributed team of engineers. You’ll be embedded in a product-focused environment that values velocity, reliability, and secure-by-design principles.

As both a builder and a mentor, you’ll lead by doing—designing CI/CD systems, optimizing cloud performance, and implementing GitOps workflows—while also shaping team culture and technical standards. Expect deep involvement with Kubernetes (AKS), Terraform/Terragrunt, Istio, and Zero Trust architectures. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of DevOps or SRE experience in cloud-native or SaaS environments, including 2+ years of formal technical leadership and people management

• Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure services, including networking, identity (RBAC/PIM), AKS, and observability tooling

• Strong proficiency with Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, Istio, ArgoCD, GitOps, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps

Desired Skills & Experience

• Advanced knowledge of CosmosDB performance tuning, data modeling, and scaling strategies

• Experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch in production environments

• Background in Kafka, distributed systems, or event-driven architectures
