Staff Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer

Currently, we are looking to bring on a Staff Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer who could contribute to a wide range of project scope & responsibilities for our AI/ML driven projects. In this role you will be working on network management & monitoring using ML models, leveraging LLMs to enhance network data insights, acting as a key liaison for chatbot integrations and taking ownership of AI-driven solutions. This role will take having a strong drive and ownership in defining AI-driven strategies, because you will be the founding hire for this team and setting direction for AI/ML efforts. With that you will be partnering with other development teams to push models into production. Required Skills & Experience

• Exp. in GCP, Google Cloud Ecosystem, SaaS solutions running on Google for cloud & AI platforms
• Exp. in Gemini, Vertex AI, Open-source AI tools for machine learning & GenAI
• Exp. in Java (preferred), Python, Microservices for programming & architecture
• Exp. in R or MATLAB for statistical & scientific computing
• Exp. working with LLMs specifically fine-tuning, developing RAG systems, and NLP projects
• Exp. working on Knowledge Graphs & Network Problem Solving
• Exp. building and deploying ML models
