Key Responsibilities
- You will act as a critical liaison between business and technology teams—translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions across multiple domains including UI, mobile apps, backend service applications, and subscription management.
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Work with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met
- Participate in system configuration and application subscription management
- Support UI/UX initiatives, mobile app workflows, and backend service process enhancements
- Operate effectively in an Agile environment
Required Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an enterprise environment
- Minimum of 2 years in a technical business analysis capacity
- Background in telecommunications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
- Billing systems
- Mobile application workflows
- Backend service processes
- UI design and usability principles
- Strong skills in system configuration and subscription lifecycle management
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable
- Familiarity with both frontend and backend service-based applications
- Understanding of mobile app development workflows
- Experience in requirement analysis and technical documentation
- Knowledge of subscription management and system configuration tools
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
