Senior DevOps Engineer
We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer to support and enhance cloud-based deployments. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
The company is located in Downtown Philadelphia and will be a hybrid model of 3 days onsite a week.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Partner with Software Development, Product, and Business teams to ensure reliable system deployment and operations
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments at varying scales
- Implement automation and monitoring solutions to maintain system health, performance, and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments
- Communicate system status, risks, and impacts clearly to product and leadership teams
- Continuously improve and streamline operational processes through automation
- Develop and maintain tooling for deployment, monitoring, and overall platform operations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of professional DevOps experience, including time operating at a senior or lead level
- Hands-on experience with AWS (experience with additional cloud platforms is a plus)
- Strong background in Linux/Unix systems
- Security-first mindset with experience reducing operational risk through technical controls
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Working knowledge of databases and related technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch
- Experience with microservices architectures and message queue technologies
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, TravisCI, or similar platforms
- Experience using Git or other version control systems within Agile development environments
- Solid understanding of modern platform technologies and industry best practices
- Financial services industry experience is a plus but not required
