Application Support Analyst/Education/eschool/iready

We’re working with a well-regarded school in the Greater Philadelphia area that’s looking to bring on a full-time Application Support Analyst. This role will support a range of edtech systems including i-Ready, eSchool, and Google Chromebooks, with a focus on keeping the district’s tech ecosystem running smoothly for both staff and students. This is an on-site position working directly with educators and administrative teams.

You’ll be the go-to person for critical student systems that directly impact learning and instruction. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, training users, and improving how technology supports education. You’ll have the chance to grow into a leadership or systems admin role down the line, while helping build better processes and tech engagement in the classroom. 

Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience supporting educational software platforms

  • Experience with i-Ready and eSchoolPlus

  • Strong working knowledge of Chromebook management via Google Admin Console

  • Excellent communication skills for supporting teachers and school staff

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Background in K-12 education or school IT departments

  • Familiarity with Help Desk ticketing systems

  • Experience with student information systems (SIS) beyond eSchool

  • 50% Chromebook Support / Google Admin

  • 30% i-Ready and eSchoolPlus support

  • 20% User training and ticket resolution

Daily Responsibilities
  • 70% Hands On Tech Support

  • 10% Documentation / SOPs

  • 20% Team Collaboration and End-User Training
