Director of IT/Education

Required Skills & Experience
· 7+ years in IT leadership roles, preferably in an education or nonprofit setting
· Proven expertise in managing hybrid environments (Windows, macOS, cloud)
· Experience with enterprise networking, security policies, and compliance (FERPA, etc.)
· Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills
· Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience with Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365
· Knowledge of SIS/LMS platforms (Blackbaud, PowerSchool, Canvas, etc.)
· Background in cybersecurity best practices and audit preparation
· A collaborative leadership style and experience mentoring small teams
